It’s thinner than the original Mighty Patch (but just as strong), so you can wear it during the day to absorb the gunk from your whitehead. Ultra-fine tapered edges, and a clear, matte design blends into skin without a trace – making it usable for all skin tones. It’s also got serious sticking power and stays in place with all-day gentle adhesive. Each box comes with 72 patches (12mm) on easy-peel perforated sheets. Mighty Patches are made of one (Mighty) ingredient. Just 100% medical-grade hydrocolloid, a fluid-absorbing gel that gently absorbs the gunk from whiteheads — as your zit is healing. They soak up pimple gunk (you’ll see it turn white as it does its job), absorb pus, and trap it in the patch. Just peel and reveal.
