100% mineral sunscreen forms a physical barrier to help reflect UVA/UVB rays from the skin’s surface. UVA rays cause aging. UVB rays cause burning.
Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure.
Reapply at least every 2 hours.
Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.
